What Makes the 2017 Ford Fusion Such a Superb Sedan?

If ever there were a midsize sedan that could leave us here at Bob Thomas Ford West flat-out floored, our esteemed American automaker's latest -- the 2017 Fusion -- would have to be it.

Wondering what makes it so?

Then, check the clip below. Here with more on all things Fusion is AutoGuide.com Managing Editor Jodi Lai:

Arguably our favorite engine across the Fusion lineup, its turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder is an absolute delight.

Optional on the SE trim -- and standard with the Titanium and Platinum -- the engine pairs with a six-speed automatic transmission to produce a potent 240 horsepower and 270 pound-feet of torque. It receives front-wheel drive by default; an all-wheel system, meanwhile, is optional.

And we definitely appreciate its ability to do the 0-to-60 mph sprint, too. When had with all-wheel drive, for instance, this turbo-four will get there in just 6.9 seconds.

If you'd like to learn more about this dapper four-door, or wish to get behind the wheel of one, we encourage you to drop by our Fort Wayne, IN dealership. Our automotive experts are ready to answer your every question about the Fusion, or any other Ford model within the present portfolio.
