We are looking for good automotive technicians with the desire to continue to grow & learn. We are offering great pay and incentives. Ford certification is a plus, but not necessary! We need light line, transmission specialist, and diesel apprentice techs.Â
• Technicians perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders on vehicles with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards
• Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, braking, air conditioning, etc. to specification
• Mechanics provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
• Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.
• Inspect and test vehicles and recording findings so that necessary repairs can be made.
